The hotel has an excellent central location near the high street. the room included free bottles of water. a fridge was available in the room. breakfast had a good selection. It included value for money.
the reception service was not particularly friendly.

central location friendly staff
i found the location very convenient. the central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions (it was perfect!). the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries i had.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't very effective. it struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, especially during the warmer afternoons. i hope they improve the system soon.

the location offered immediate access to key landmarks. i found the railway station convenient for my travels. the nearby shops and restaurants provided ample options for dining and leisure.
during my stay i noticed some stains on the lamps in my room. the woodwork showed some chips needing attention.

the location is excellent (right in the heart of things).
The service was slow at the bar. There were also quite a few small bugs flying around whenever there was food or a drink nearby (it was annoying).
